If you are starting to look for flights to Portland, I would suggest considering a flight into Seattle, which is 90 miles from Portland. The flights seem to be less expensive, and if you are planning to rent a car during your stay, you can just pick one up at the Seattle airport. The Seattle airport code is SEA.
